The Story Behind Grateful Sun AI

Born from the frustration of too much work and too little time. Now helping businesses reclaim their efficiency with custom AI agents.

Our Journey: From Overwhelm to Efficiency

It started with the familiar grind so many business owners know too well. I was working 10–12 hour days filled with endless busy work. Those small, repetitive tasks that kept everything running but never allowed real progress. Evenings and weekends vanished, family time suffered, and what was once an exciting business had become exhausting and joyless.

Determined to change that, I began using AI to automate those draining tasks. The impact was immediate and life-changing. I reclaimed my time, my energy, and my passion for the work. As I talked with other business owners, I heard the same story over and over: they needed help but couldn’t afford or fully trust another employee. That’s when Grateful Sun AI was born. To give businesses a smarter, more affordable solution: custom AI agents that handle the busy work reliably, so owners can focus on growth, life, and what truly matters.

Our Purpose & Principles

Efficiency First

We believe time is your most valuable asset. Every AI agent we build is designed to eliminate busy work, reduce costs, and give back meaningful hours in your day.

Results Over Complexity

Technology should make your life easier, not harder. We create simple, effective solutions that deliver measurable impact without requiring technical expertise.

Radical Reliability

Your AI agent must work consistently, every day. We build and test rigorously so you can trust it like a dependable team member who never calls in sick.

Honest Transparency

No hidden fees, no overpromising, and no black-box technology. We’re upfront about what the AI can (and can’t) do, and we always put your best interest first.

Affordable Excellence

High-quality AI shouldn’t only be available to big corporations. We deliver powerful custom solutions at a price that actually makes sense for businesses.

Long-Term Partnership

We don’t just build and leave. We’re committed to supporting and improving your AI agents as your business grows, so you keep seeing value for years to come.

Our Founders

Brandon Norman

With over 22 years of hands-on marketing experience, Brandon has spent his career helping businesses attract more customers through SEO, website optimization, and digital strategy. What started as improving websites eventually led to learning coding and automation firsthand. Brandon possesses a Bachelor’s degree from CSU Chico that opened many doors for him. Through his career, he discovered a deep frustration with how much time business owners waste on "busy work" tasks instead of growing their companies.

As a co-founder of Grateful Sun AI, Brandon looks to bring balance to business owners seeing the same struggles he has experienced in his own life. The inspiration to build this company comes with a simple mission: create practical AI solutions that give busy owners their time back so they can focus on business growth, family, and what actually matters.

Mary Norman

With nearly 10 years of hands-on experience of successfully building and running multiple businesses, Mary brings strong operational expertise and a deep passion for helping people. She holds a Master’s degree in Social Work from CSU Chico, which has strengthened her natural empathy and problem-solving abilities. What started as a desire to support others eventually grew into a clear understanding of the daily challenges business owners face.

As the co-founder of Grateful Sun AI, she brings that same passion for helping people to the Grateful Sun AI mission. Having seen the struggles of entrepreneurship in her own life and in conversations with other business owners, Mary is driven by a simple goal: create practical and effective AI solutions that truly make life easier for business owners and their families, while delivering real results with minimal stress.
